As long as your Credit / Debit Card has the VISA or Mastered logo, you can pay on our website. Simply go to the ‘Enrol’ page, choose the course you like and go from there. No surcharge applies.
You may choose to pay your course fee via bank transfer (EFT). Simply log in to your bank app and transfer the course fee to our company account as shown below. Note in the reference of your name and the course. Then, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your full legal name, mobile number, mailing address and the transfer receipt. We will then reply to your email with course log in details.
Do you charge GST on your course fee?
Our course fee includes GST. If you have an ABN, you may be able to claim the GST back. This means, your course fee is in fact 10% less than it looks like.
What is the entity that issues the graduation certificates?
Can you fail?
Yes, but unlikely. Your payment of the course fee is not a guarantee that you can pass the course assessments. The course is fairly easy to pass as long as you have the skills required and the willingness to complete the course according to our standards. The skills include but not limited to literacy, numeracy, English language, computer, email, downloading, scanning etc. You are not allowed to copy or rephrase other student’s work. There is a time limit to complete the course. Please refer to course page for more information.
What is the marking standard?
Pass or not is not measured by the % of correct questions. Instead, you will pass if our assessor thinks you fully understand the subject and can work independently. Therefore, you need to try your best to answer every question to the highest possible level.
